Please read these instructions completely before proceeding.
Use the link below to download ViconNet JUMP software. If you are an existing Vicon customer and already have an operational version of ViconNet 7.1 (regardless of whether it’s JUMP, ZONE or PEAK), you can skip this step.
The software download is provided in the format of a zip file. Transfer this entire zip file to the PC that you will be using as an NVR. (This is the PC for which you provided a MAC address.) Once you unzip the file, you will find an .exe file. Open the .exe file and follow the installation steps. If you require additional information, click here.
You will soon receive an email with a link to download your registration licensing file. You will need this to activate the software. Follow the directions provided with that email. Remember – the registration licensing file will only allow you to run ViconNet JUMP on the computer with the MAC address provided during registration.
