Hauppauge, NY | February 25, 2020: Vicon Industries, Inc., designer and manufacturer of video surveillance and access control software, hardware and components, this week welcomed Scott Kilbourn, who will serve as the Regional Sales Manager for Florida.
Scott’s passion for the industry comes from over 18 years of experience, beginning as an inside sales representative that eventually led to his blossoming passion for diving into the core of security concerns and providing effective, tangible solutions. Throughout his career, Scott has established fruitful relationships with integrators, architects, and end users married with a strong understanding of product expertise.
“I enjoy the ability to actually make real world changes for anyone who has a security need…I want to get to the heart of security concerns and do assessments to understand where the gaps are,” says Scott. His goals for the territory are to support existing channel partner bases and build upon them. In this role, he will be instrumental in creating relationships with end users and the A&E community to provide continued success in Florida. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. John Fisher College.
