There have been a lot of exciting changes at Vicon the past two years. The merger of Vicon and IQinVision into one brand under the Vicon name has been a smooth transition. This merger gave us a chance to re-evaluate and improve on product, strategy and customer support. Improved communication to you, our valued customers, is one of those steps.

Vicon’s new vision and strategy makes you the centerpiece of our team ecosystem. In order for us to be most effective at assisting you in profitability and support please make note of the following:

  • Vicon’s new North American Channel Partner Program is designed to reward you not only with pricing but with service. A Vicon Partner ID number will be required for access to the U.S. technical support queue.
  • How do you go about getting a Vicon Partner ID number?
  • Existing IQeye partner? Register here
  • Interested in becoming a new partner? Register here
  • Are you an end user? You must call your authorized Vicon dealer.
  • Are you a distributor? Call your local Vicon sales representative.
  • We encourage you to sign up as a channel partner at your earliest convenience so that we can support you in a timely manner.
  • Upon completion of the Channel Partner Program registration you will automatically receive an email confirming your registration. Please allow 24 hours; upon approval we will email you along with your Vicon Partner ID number.
  • In order to make this transition as seamless as possible and eliminate long queues, Vicon has been working on a technical support webpage, efficient ticketing system and building an extensive technical knowledge database that continues to grow; please visit our Technical Support webpage.
