Vicon Expands the U.S. Sales Team, Appointing Kirk Schatzle as a Regional Sales Manager

Hauppauge, NY |  March 12, 2018: Vicon Industries, Inc. (VII: NYSE-MKT) (“Vicon”), designer and manufacturer of video surveillance and access control software, hardware and components, announced today the expansion of its U.S. Sales team, with the addition of Kirk Schatzle, who will serve as the Regional Sales Manager for Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Kirk has over 30 years’ experience within the security industry, during which he has demonstrated an ability to cultivate existing and develop new relationships with system integrators, architects and end users, as well as strong technical knowledge and product expertise. Kirk holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa.  At Vicon, he will augment those skills with Vicon’s new security offerings to grow awareness and successful customer wins throughout his region.
