Vicon Support Lifecycle Policy
The Vicon Support Lifecycle policy standardizes Vicon product support policies for products. The Support Lifecycle policy update went into effect March 1, 2011. Vicon will offer Mainstream Support for either a minimum of 6 years from the date of a product’s general availability, or for 2 years after the successor product (N+1) is released, whichever is longer. If you have any questions regarding support for a product, please contact your Vicon representative at 1-800-348-4266. It is possible the product and/or software may be eligible for an upgrade or current equivalent.
